- all activity carried out through authorised users of your account;

4. Camsols Order Management and Shopify Integration
Camsols Order Management allows eligible merchants to connect a Shopify store to a Camsols business account. A merchant may connect an existing Camsols business account or create a new business account during onboarding.
By installing the Camsols Shopify app and approving the requested permissions, you authorise Camsols to access and process Shopify data that is necessary to provide the functionality of the app. Depending on enabled features, this may include:
- orders and order-related information;
- customer information associated with order-management activities;
- products and product information;
- inventory information;
- Shopify locations;
- fulfilment and merchant-managed fulfilment information; and
- store and authentication information required to maintain the integration.
Camsols will use Shopify permissions only to provide, maintain, secure and support the Services and related operational functionality.
5. Business and Store Mapping
A connected Shopify store is associated with a specific Camsols business account. You must not attempt to connect, transfer or associate a store with a business that you are not authorised to manage.
Camsols may prevent or reject a store reassignment where necessary to avoid unauthorised access, data exposure or account misuse.
6. Merchant, Seller and Vendor Responsibilities
The merchant, seller or vendor remains responsible for its own products, store, customers and commercial activities. This includes responsibility for:
- the accuracy of product titles, descriptions, prices, images and other information;
- inventory availability and stock decisions;
- order acceptance, cancellation, refund and return decisions;
- customer communications;
- product quality, warranties and claims;
- taxes, GST, invoicing and other statutory obligations;
- compliance with consumer-protection, e-commerce and marketplace rules;
- obtaining customer consents where required;
- ensuring the lawful sale of products; and
- the actions of employees and users operating the account.
7. Product Information and Branded Goods
Sellers and vendors are responsible for all claims, descriptions and information supplied to Camsols concerning their products.
Where branded products are listed or managed through Camsols services, Camsols may require the seller or vendor to provide valid GST-paid purchase invoices, authorisation documents or other evidence showing lawful purchase or authority to sell the branded goods.
Camsols may refuse to list, process or support products where required documentation is not provided or where Camsols reasonably believes that the product may be unlawful, counterfeit, restricted or otherwise non-compliant.
8. Third-Party and Marketplace Charges
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, merchants, sellers and vendors remain responsible for all charges imposed by Shopify, marketplaces, payment gateways, advertising platforms, logistics providers and other third parties.
Such charges may include marketing fees, transaction fees, final value fees, platform subscriptions, payment-processing fees, shipping fees and other charges imposed by third-party providers.
9. Plans, Packages and Pricing
Where a Camsols service is offered under a paid plan or package, the applicable pricing and included services will be communicated before purchase or displayed through the applicable sales or billing channel.
For Shopify App Store services, any app charges that are required to be billed through Shopify will be presented through the applicable Shopify-approved billing mechanism.
For separately contracted Camsols services, package features, order limits, service fees or setup fees may be changed by Camsols with reasonable prior notice where commercially necessary.
If a service agreement specifies a minimum package period, change window or notice period, that service agreement will apply in addition to these Terms.
10. Payments, Settlements and Reconciliation Services
Where Camsols provides e-commerce account management or payment-reconciliation support, payments for products sold may be remitted according to the rules and settlement schedules of the relevant marketplace, payment provider or e-commerce platform.
Camsols is not responsible for delays, deductions, reserves, chargebacks or payment holds imposed by a marketplace, payment gateway, bank or other third party.
Merchants remain responsible for verifying settlement records, platform deductions and amounts due to or from third parties.
11. Order Cancellations and Stock Availability
Camsols is not responsible for orders cancelled because products are unavailable, inventory is inaccurate, a platform rejects an order, payment fails, fulfilment becomes unavailable, or another third-party limitation prevents processing.
Merchants are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory information and making final business decisions concerning order acceptance and fulfilment.
12. Customer and Personal Data
Camsols may process merchant, store and customer information when necessary to provide the Services. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Camsols Privacy Policy.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their collection and use of customer information complies with applicable privacy and data-protection laws and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents required by law.
